You can access this portal by clicking the link below. If you are unsure how to access the results, you can access the step by step instructions provided by Timing Solutions by clicking the second link below.
It is important to know that some results (such as track events run in lanes) will usually be available straight after the event however all events need to be manually checked and entered into the system.
As this means our volunteer Results and Ranking Officer Kaylena has to manually check thousands of results, if you find that your athlete's results are missing or you believe they are incorrect, please wait a minimum of 48 hours after the competition day (Tuesday) before emailing Kaylena with any queries. results@kingswayathletics.com.au
Trouble shooting message from Athletics West (10th October 2025)
Just a quick update from ResultsHQ, as we had a meeting with them today, and here are a few things that I can update you with. These are from questions centres have asked us.
New Member Login
When you sync, all new members will receive an email with a welcome message and instructions on setting up their login to view their child's performances at your competitions. If they did not receive this, please ask them to contact the ResultsHQ support email (support@timingsolutions.com.au).
All State Events are managed by Athletics West. Results from these events are not handled by Kingsway. Please access these results by visiting the Athletics West website at the link below.
